Our paddles are designed specifically with women players in mind, featuring vibrant, whimsical designs that stand out on the court. We focus on creating paddles that combine performance with personality, ensuring you play your best while expressing your unique style.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my paddle?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 2-6 shipping days. Exact delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We exclusively ship to the continental United States at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get your paddle to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately at info@dinkpretty.com. We'll do our best to accommodate requests received within 2 hours of order placement.

Paddle Care & Maintenance

How should I clean my paddle?

Gently wipe your paddle with a damp cloth after play to remove dirt and sweat. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surface.

Does humidity or temperature affect the paddle?

Extreme temperatures and humidity can affect paddle performance. We recommend storing your paddle at room temperature and avoiding leaving it in hot cars or damp environments.

Custom & Special Orders

Can I get a custom design on my paddle?

We currently don't offer fully customized designs, but we release limited edition collections throughout the year. We love collaborating on special designs and are in the process of allowing for custom designs. Join our mailing list to be the first to know about new designs!

Do you offer team or bulk discounts?

Yes! For orders of 6 or more paddles, we offer special team pricing. Please contact us at info@dinkpretty.com for a custom quote.
